Brian, a Illinois native, has been involved in information technology most of his life. His first computer was a TRS-80 purchased when he was 4 and his first paying IT job was at 14. His early years consisted of working on the TRS-80, doing LOGO on Apple IIe, and supporting his middle school's technology program as the only person who had experience with computers (including the teachers). In 1988, launched his first bulletin board system, which ran until 1995. During high school, he worked as a technology person for the school repairing Mac computers, managing a Novell network, updating a digital card catalog for the school library, and experimenting with some of the earliest public facing sides of the Internet.
In college, he launched his college's first graphic website and maintained it during his tenure as a student and while being employed as a desktop publisher. In 1997, he worked for a Sheriff's office where he began as working as a PC technician and transitioned into became the primary programmer and web developer, programming in ASP and FORGE and interacting with multiple SQL compliant databases. In this position, he launched one of the first live inmate mugshot systems in the country to the Internet.
Nine years later, an opportunity to work for a local home builder with a team of very respected programmers opened up. This job primarily focused on developing a application for builders to manage building schedules from wireless laptops without guaranteed connections and clean up mission critical Crystal Reports. In two short years, the building industry began heavily cutting its workforce, at the same time a prior boss and coworker asked him to come on board at a new digital marketing firm.
For the next 6.5 years, he worked as the agencies first web developer and joining the management staff as the Director of Design and Development., quickly it became apparent that web development was not the primary focus of the organization and he was tasked with development and expansion of a Search Engine Optimization Department. In 2013, he left that organization eventually as the Executive Director of Search Engine Optimization.
Outside of AppSoft, Brian is a very blessed husband and father. He is a foodie and a medieval reenactor.

A graduate of University of Georgia's School of Journalism, Dave's first real job was in newspaper. As an editor and later general manager in the New York Times regional newspaper group, he became active in community affairs and served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce for Amelia Island. Dave later joined Paul Davis Systems, as Vice President and Director of Franchise Development for the $250 million-a-year insurance restoration company. During his tenure, Dave served on the Executive Committee, President's Council and managed the franchising company's national programs for software development, behavioral assessment and franchisee training. In the mid-90s, he left to develop real estate and build houses in central Georgia.
In 2007, Dave showed up on AppSoft's doorstep one day and has been hanging around ever since. When he's not writing killer web copy, Dave can usually be found at the racetrack. A retired driver, nowadays his wife only lets him run data acquisition software and tune on carburetors... or so she thinks.
